Global PC and printing major HP on Tuesday appointed Rajiv Srivastava as Chief Operating Officer (for the newly created regional position) and Head of Sales Strategy and Operations, HP Inc, Asia Pacific and Japan.
Sumeer Chandra will replace Srivastava as Managing Director and General Manager, HP Inc. India, the company said in a statement.

Srivastava and Chandra will report to Bailey in their new roles beginning in May.
Under Srivastava's management, HP India achieved leadership positions in every category across the PC and printer segments. Srivastava also spearheaded HP's 'Digital India' business unit.
Chandra was previously the chief operating officer for HP Inc. India.
Prior to joining HP, Chandra was a principal at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), managing consulting assignments on strategy and operations for leading companies in India and the US.Also read: United Airlines Faces Twitter Blast After Asian Passenger Forcibly Deboarded
