LG has refreshed its W- series smartphones lineup in India with the new LG W41, LG W41 Plus, and LG W41 Pro. The smartphones share the same specifications including a 5,000mAh battery, quad rear cameras, and face unlock, but the difference lies in the RAM configuration and storage options. The new LG W41 series succeed the LG W31 lineup from last year. The phones come in two colour options.
The vanilla LG W41 price in India is set at Rs 13,490 for the single 4GB + 64GB storage variant, while the LG W41 Plus comes with 4GB RAM and 128GB of onboard storage at Rs 14,490. The top model LG W41 Pro has 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and comes with a price tag of Rs 15,490. The LG W41 series is available to purchase via official LG retailers in Laser Blue and Magic Blue colour options.
In terms of specifications, the LG W41 series that includes the regular model, LG W41 Plus, and LG W41 Pro features a 6.5-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) HID Full Vision display with 20:9 aspect ratio, considerable chin, and hole-punch cutout at the top left for the selfie camera. Under the hood, the phones pack the octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 SoC clocked at 2.3GHz. At the back, the quad cameras are housed in a rectangular module that includes the LED flash. The rear camera setup comprises a 48-megapixel primary camera, a secondary 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 5-megapixel macro shooter. For selfies, there’s a single 8-megapixel shooter.
The company claims that the camera app offer modes such as slow-motion, time-lapse video support, High Dynamic Range (HDR), and a range of twenty-live filters. Other features on the LG W41, LG W41 Plus, and LG W41 Pro include Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C port. The phones come with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and pack a 5,000mAh battery.
