The said incident occurred inside a classroom, where the woman, presumably a student, is seen writing her paper. The moment the student stood up to submit the paper, the fan hanging over her fell on her seat, sending chills down the spines of the other students as well as the woman herself. According to the clip, no one was hurt in the classroom.
