After successfully launching Guerrilla 450, the homegrown two-wheeler giant Royal Enfiled is now gearing up to introduce a new model under the 650 segment. It has been reported that the RE has already filed the trademark for the model under the Bullet 650 Twin nameplate.

The task was done on July 26 and is currently in “Formalities Chk Pass” status, and is expected to arrive later this year.  The company has not shared any official details about the upcoming offering as yet. However, the model has been spied on multiple times during the testing phase in India, revealing some of the important details and key features.

Here’s What to Expect

According to the leaked details, the test mule has been spotted with heavy camouflage, featuring a round-shaped headlight setup, similar to the Classic range. It also hinted a split seating arrangement, which is expected to offer a relaxed riding position.

The photos have revealed that the motorcycle is likely to hit the market with teardrop-shaped fuel tank, dual exhausts, and round-shaped taillight. It might offer disc brakes at both ends, featuring spoke wheels, which will be supported by a telescopic fork at the front and a dual shock observer at the back.

Engine and Power

Talking about the powertrain, the upcoming Bullet 650 Twin might use a trusted 650cc twin-cylinder engine, which will generate a maximum power of 47 bhp and 52 Nm of peak torque. The unit will be supported by a 6-speed gearbox.
