Kapur possesses an impressive net worth of $1.1 billion (approximately Rs 9,129 crore), commanding a majority share of 90% in the company.

Acknowledging the vast potential of Zyber 365, the Sram & Mram Group has made a significant investment of 8.3%, injecting $100 million in Series A funding. This strategic financial infusion has propelled the startup to a valuation of $1.2 billion (approximately Rs 9840 crore).

The firm’s EVM Compatible Smart Contract Platform, functioning as a Layer 1 Chain utilising the Proof of Authority (PoA) consensus mechanism, emphasises sustainability, security, and energy efficiency, in line with the goals of Humanity & United Nations SDG Goals.
