AISSEE 2024 was held on January 28 for acceptance to classes 6 and 9, allowing students to attend CBSE-accredited English medium residential schools

The All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE) 2024 results for admission to classes 6 and 9 will shortly be made public by the National Testing Agency (NTA) at aissee.nta.nic.in. However, the official dates for the release of the AISSEE 2024 results have not yet been announced  By providing their login credentials on the official website, students who took the exam will be able to view their results, once released. To access scores, applicants must provide their password and application number or date of birth, as required. The results will be made public six weeks following the exam, per the official bulletin.

On January 28, 2024, the AISSEE 2024 exam was administered at several locations around the nation. Entry-level exams for Classes 6 and 9 were conducted from 2 pm to 4.30 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm, respectively.

AISSEE 2024 Result: How to Download

Step 1: Visit the official webpage at aissee.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: Navigate to the “AISSEE Result 2024” link located on the homepage and click on it.

Step 3: In the new window, provide your date of birth and roll number.

Step 4: Finally, click the “Submit” button.

Step 5: The AISSEE result 2024 will show up on the screen.

Step 6: Review the AISSEE 2024 entrance exam scores and rank.

Step 7: Download a hard copy of the AISSEE 2024 results for classes 6 and 9 admissions for your records.

AISSEE 2024 was held for acceptance to classes 6 and 9, allowing students to attend CBSE-accredited English medium residential schools that prepare cadets for the National Defence Academy (NDA), Khadakwasla (Pune), Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, and other officer training academies. At present, there are a total of 33 Sainik Schools throughout the country.

When applying to Sainik schools, students must be between the ages of 10 and 12 on March 31, 2023, in order to be admitted to Class 6. Admission for female applicants is open for Class 6, subject to the availability of vacant seats. Female students must meet the same age requirements as male students. As of March 31, 2024, candidates must be between the ages of 13 and 15 and have completed Class 8 at an accredited school in order to be considered for admission to Class 9.

Meanwhile, approved by the Ministry of Defence (MoD), new Sainik schools are projected to be opened in cooperation with state governments, private institutions, and non-governmental organisations.
