Landing a job in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) is a big dream. To become a constable in CRPF, candidates have two options: they can either apply through Staff Selection Commission General Duty (SSC GD) exam or via specific CRPF job openings. Currently, the CRPF recruitment intends to fill 120 positions. Interested candidates can fill out the form before May 14. Below given are certain age and eligibility criteria.
CRPF Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested in applying for this CRPF recruitment must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
For Ex-Army Personnel:
Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised Board or University
Equivalent Army Qualification
The CRPF Constable recruitment includes a Physical Standard Test and Medical Test, following the guidelines set by the Central Government. It’s crucial that former firefighters don’t need to take the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) in the CRPF constable recruitment process.
Age Limit
The age limit for candidates applying to CRPF is between 20 to 25 years, as of August 1, 2024. Candidates applying for the CRPF constable position receive age limit relaxations depending on their category. Application Fees
Candidates aiming to fill out the CRPF form must pay a fee. For CRPF Recruitment 2024, all applicants need to pay a Rs 200 application fee. SC/ST male and female candidates from all categories don’t have to pay any application fee.
Selection Process
As per the official notification, the selection process for this CRPF recruitment involves three phases: a written examination, PST/PET, and an interview/personal test.
