There is good news for the 10th and 12th toppers of UP Board Exam 2024. The state government will honour the meritorious students providing Rs 1 lakh, tablets, citations and medals to each. It applies to those who make it to the top 10 list in the class 10th and 12th examinations of the UP Board, Sanskrit Education Council, CBSE and CISCE will be honoured.
Director of Secondary Education, Dr Mahendra Dev, has instructed all the District School Inspectors to ask for the details of the bank accounts of the students included in the merit list from the schools. So that the prize money can be sent directly to their bank account. If there is any error in the name of the meritorious students included in the merit list or the name of their parents, then it has also been ordered to correct it. The date of organizing the felicitation ceremony will be announced later.
1885 toppers of the 10th and 12th of UP Board, Sanskrit Education Council, CBSE and CISCE Board will be felicitated. This includes students who have secured a place in the top 10 list of the state and district.
The top five merits of the UP Board include 17 meritorious students in class 10 and 36 in class 12. While from sixth to tenth position, 142 meritorious students in class 10 and 372 in class 12 are included. The top 10 of the district includes 700 students of class 10 and 501 students of class 12. Talking about other boards, 11 meritorious students each of classes 10 and 12 of the Sanskrit Education Council will be felicitated. Similarly, 26 students of class 10 and 22 students of class 12 will be rewarded in CBSE. While 30 meritorious students of class 10 and 17 meritorious students of class 12 will be felicitated in CISCE.
