The West Bengal Police Recruitment Board (WBPRB) declared the final result of the West Bengal Police Lady Constable recruitment exam 2023 on March 6, 2024. The WBPRB has also issued the list of applicants who have been selected for appointment to the respective posts.
The final result mentions details like the name of the candidate, date of birth, application number, category as per documents submitted, marks obtained in the final written exam, marks secured in the interview, grand total, category under which selected, and remarks. The recruitment board has also released the list of candidates who were not selected.
The West Bengal Police Lady Constable Final written exam was held on January 21, 2024. The result of the same was announced on February 9, 2024. Those who qualified for the main written exam were called for an interview round. As per the schedule, the interviews for shortlisted candidates were administered from February 22 to February 29, 2024.
Through this recruitment drive, WBPRB aims to fill up a total of 1,420 Lady Constable vacancies in the West Bengal Police. The salary range for selected candidates will be between Rs 22,700 and Rs 58,500, according to level 6 of the 7th pay commission.
