Television actress Anjum Fakih has confirmed her participation in the upcoming season of Bigg Boss OTT. News18 Showsha has exclusively learnt that the actress, who is known for her role in Kundali Bhagya, is all set to participate in Anil Kapoor’s show. A source close to the actress told us that she has signed the project and will be entering the Bigg Boss OTT 3 house on June 21.
However, neither Anjum nor the Bigg Boss OTT 3 team, have issued any official statement confirming her participation as of now.
Anujm Fakih is known for playing the role of Srishti Arora Luthra in Kundali Bhagya, which also starred Shraddha Arya in the lead. However, she left the popular show in 2023 when she decided to participate in Khatron Ke Khiladi 13.
Talking about her participation in the stunt-based reality show, the 33-year-old actress previously told us that Rohit Shetty’s show helped her become a stronger person.
“When I used to watch Khatron Ke Khiladi in India, I used to feel all pumped up. But after I performed my first stunt, my confidence hit rock bottom. I was like, ‘How will I do it?’ I know that I am also weak. I may be six feet tall but I am very sensitive. But here, I have performed so many stunts already. I think I have performed the maximum number of stunts. I have become stronger now. I will walk forward with a ‘Khiladi wala attitude’ now. The battle scars from the stunts will be in my memories. It shows that if I can do this, I can do anything in life,” she said.
Meanwhile, Bigg Boss OTT 3 will premiere on June 21, 2024. This year, the show will be hosted by Anil Kapoor. Among others, Mika Singh, Tanushree Dutta, Mithun Chakraborty’s son Ushmey Chakraborty, Hema Malini’s daughter Ahana Deol and Sanjay Dutt’s daughter Trishala Dutt have also been reportedly approached for Bigg Boss OTT 3. Reportedly, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fame Bhavya Gandhi is also in talks with the makers. It is also being said that the Imlie actor Sai Ketan Rao has been finalised for the upcoming season of Bigg Boss OTT.
