Ronaldo, at the age of 39, scored 50 goals across all competitions representing Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr last season. His stellar performance was enough for him to claim the Saudi Pro League Golden Boot award for the 2023-24 season.
With this, the Portuguese became the first footballer to win Golden Boots in four different countries.
Ronaldo’s 35 goals in the Saudi Pro League last season also marked the highest tally ever posted in a single edition in that particular division. He also touched the 50-goal mark in a single season for the first time since 2016 when he was plying his trade for the European giants Real Madrid.

Ronaldo is currently the only male footballer to have represented Portugal at five editions of the Euros and he is expected to stretch the record-breaking run to six this month.
The Portuguese international is also the only male player to net three or more goals in multiple editions of the Euros. He played a key role in guiding Portugal to Euros triumph in 2016.
