Log in to your account online. The first way you can keep track of your Tracfone account is by signing in to https://www.tracfone.com/balanceinquiry in a web browser on a computer, phone, or tablet. You can use your phone number or email address to log in and see your plan's information, like your used and leftover minutes.
Use the mobile app. A second convenient way to check your Tracfone account is to install the Android app from the Google Play Store, or the iPhone app from the Apple App Store. Once you're logged in, you'll have access to all relevant information about your account, including your balance and usage.
Send a text message. The last way to check your account is to send a text message to 611611 containing just the word "BALANCE." You'll receive an automated text message response containing your balance information. If your phone doesn't support the 611611 service, the text message you'll receive will contain further instructions for retrieving your balance.
