Steps

Vacuum your mattress. By vacuuming your mattress you are getting off the dirt, dust, dog hair, and whatever other particles may be on your bed. This is more of a preventive measure to prevent dirt and dust from being ground into your mattress. This is helpful if you have kids, or pets you allow on your mattress that may track stuff in.

Use fabric cleaner. Fill spray bottle with ½ cup of fabric cleaner and 1 cup of water. Place your mattress either in your tub or someplace outside on a tarp near a water supply. Mix the fabric cleaner and water together thoroughly before spraying it on your mattress. This mixture will both draw the stains from you memory foam mattress and make it smell really nice.

Use vinegar. Fill spray bottle with ¼ cup of vinegar and ¾ cup of water. Once again make sure you mix up the water and vinegar thoroughly before spraying it one your mattress. Spray your entire mattress with this mixture. Once it is covered, rinse it off. Make sure that you get all of the excess water out of your mattress by gently pressing down on it. Give it plenty of time to dry thoroughly before moving it back in your bedroom. Memory foam mattresses can take up to two days to dry naturally, so you can consider using a hair dryer to help speed the process along some.
