Determine if your item can be refunded. Riot Games will only offer refunds on certain Valorant items, and only if they are unused and it's been 14 days or less since purchase. An item is considered "used" if it's equipped and you enter a game with it, including custom games or practice mode. The following items can't be refunded: Used and/or upgraded weapon skins Weapon skin levels and variants Weapon skin bundles Used accessories Agents Premium battle passes and BP levels Radianite Points Purchases made with Kingdom Credits VP can also be refunded, as long as you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, and none of the VP was spent.
Log in to your Valorant account. Go to [support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/signin Valorant's support site] and log in. From here, you can see all of your items that can be refunded, and you can do a refund right from that webpage. If you're looking to refund VP or you're not able to get a refund via the link above, you can also fill out a support ticket for help. Select "In-Game Refund" or "Cash Refunds" to be directed to the right department.
Click on Get My Order History. You may have to scroll down the page to see the option to view your order history.
Find the item you want to return and click the Refund button. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the refund process. If your item is eligible for a refund, you should get your refund instantly, in most cases. If you submit a support ticket, it will take a little bit longer to get your refund as you must wait for a Riot customer service agent to reach out to you.
