How to Type an Enye on iPhone or iPad

Open the app in which you want to type an enye. You can type this character into any app that allows typing, such as Messages, Mail, or Notes.

Tap the typing area. This opens your keyboard.

Tap and hold the N key. Three variations of “n” will appear. If the enye you want to add comes in the middle of a word (e.g. "sueño"), start typing the word until it’s time to insert the enye, then tap and hold the ñ key.

Drag your finger to Ñ or ñ. When you lift your finger, the enye will appear in the typing area.
