Location
Go to Flower Hill in the Kingdom of Rose in the Second Sea. Diamond is a level 750 Boss that you can only find in the Second Sea. He's located on a hill, the top of which is covered in flowers.
Tips to Defeat Diamond
Use ranged attacks. Since Diamond is a melee boss, he can't hurt you if he can't get to you. So stay at range to avoid any damage from Diamond.
Venom or Magma Fruits easily defeat Diamond. Venom is ranged and puts a damage-over-time tick on the Boss, so he takes damage steadily and persistently. Magma makes you immune to physical damage (unless you're below level 750), and creates a similar effect to Venom, leaving a damage-per-second tick on the Boss. The drop chance for his sword is pretty low, so you'll probably end up defeating this boss a few times before you get it. It's a longsword, even though Diamond looks like he's wielding a cutlass.
