BANGALORE: Bangalore Central is organising a ‘Glam Fest’ contest where winner get an opportunity of being crowned as the ‘Glam Girl’. Central will also feature brands that will offer their latest cosmetic products to help women rediscover their looks with the help of professional make-up artistes and stylists. The contest which began in December 2011, saw a response of approximately 200 customers participating in the make-over sessions over the weekends. Nominations and awards will be presented for various categories such as the most beautiful smile, best skin, best eyes among other categories. The pictures of these participants are shot once the make-over session is completed and short listed. On the final day around 30 to 40 contestants will walk the ramp. The grand finale of the contest will be held on January 1. The panel includes Radhika Gandhi, Pooja Gandhi and Ramesh Dembla to judge. Contestants will sizzle the ramp with western, ethnic and fusion outfits for the evening.
