New Delhi: Finnish handset manufacturer Nokia on Thursday said its Nokia N8 is now available in India and can be ordered by filling an online form on the company website.
Nokia N8 is based on Symbain 3 Operating System.
The phone allows users to create compelling content, connect to their favourite social networks, enjoy up to three personalized home screens and enjoy on-demand web TV programmes and Ovi store apps.
Also, the smart phone has the ability to make high definition quality videos and edit these with an intuitive built-in editing suite.
The company said customers need to log on to the company's website and fill an online form, along with the preference of the nearest Nokia priority store, the company
The store will call registered consumers within 24 hours after which the customers can secure their Nokia N8 units by depositing a booking amount of Rs 2,000 at the store, it added.
The handset will also be available on an easy equal monthly instalment scheme allowing customers to pay for the device in three instalments once it is made available on store shelves.
The customers can experience the Nokia N8 live at Nokia priority stores starting October 1 in selected cities of the country.
