BANGALORE: High Court Justice B V Pinto adjourned hearing on the bail applications filed by former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa and his cabinet colleaugues, Katta Subramanya Naidu and Krishnaiah Setty, till October 28.Hearing on the bail applications of Yeddyurappa and Setty was adjourned due to lack of time and that of Naidu was adjourned as the relevant medical documents to substantiate his plea for bail on medical grounds was not produced. Justice Pinto directed Katta’s advocate to produce the medical records before the hearing on October 28.Krishna bail plea admittedThe High Court on Monday admitted the bail application filed by former information commissioner H N Krishna, who was arrested on charges of malpractice in selection of gazetted probationers during his tenure as chairman of Karnataka Public Service Commission, and directed the government to file its objection. Justice B V Pinto adjourned further hearing on the bail application till October 31.
