London: Maddox Jolie-Pitt is undoubtedly one of the world’s luckiest children, for not only does he happen to have Hollywood’s hottest couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie as doting parents, but as it turns out, he may soon have former England captain David Beckham for his own personal soccer coach.
Five-year old soccer-addict Maddox has been showing off his skills with a football ever since he was enrolled in the David Beckham Soccer Academy in Los Angeles, and now, a source reveals, Pitt was asking Beckham if there was a chance that he could give the tiny tot a little extra help.
"Brad has asked if there is any chance of David giving a one-on-one tutorial," The Sun quoted the source, as saying.
As for how Pitt got in touch with Beckham, well that was all thanks to the efforts of former soccer star-turned-actor Vinnie Jones who came to know about Maddox from the lad's coach.
"It seems all the expats from the UK join a local football team in Hollywood. Celebs like Robbie Williams, Jason Statham and Vinnie know each other through having a knockabout. Maddox was being coached by an English guy over there who happened to tell Vinnie," the source added.
Jones, who has been pals with Beckham ever since the former England skipper promoted his soccer school in the States, then passed the information on to him.
