"The decision (to filed candidates on all 13 seats) has been taken after consultations with the district and state leadership of the party," he said. BSP has not won a single Lok Sabha seat in Punjab in over a decade. On Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), he said, "It's a bubble that may burst any time."
