HYDERABAD: Chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has ordered an inquiry into the report published in a vernacular daily that his official helicopter, Augusta Westland, was misused by its pilot and technician by flying their friends for a city view.Reddy asked chief secretary Pankaj Dwivedi to submit a report to him after inquiry. When contacted, special secretary (protocol) Venkataramana Reddy, who is also the managing director of AP Aviation Corporation, said that it being a Sunday he did not receive the order to conduct an inquiry. He said he suspected that data entry operator Rajamohan Reddy, whom the corporation dismissed recently for allowing a couple of his friends to sit in the helicopter, was responsible for disclosing the details of the “unofficial clandestine trip” of the friends of the pilot and the technician in the chief minister’s chopper.Venkataramana Reddy, however, said he was not sure if Rajamohan Reddy was speaking the truth. “If it is true, we will take action against hose responsible  for it,” he said.
