Madhya Pradesh Government has issued compulsory retirement orders against a dozen judges of the lower courts on the recommendation of the State High Court for non-performance, applying '20-50 formula'.
As per the official information, these judges are either above 50 years old, or they have completed 20 years of service, and their performance was deemed to be below-par.
The judges who have been given compulsory retirement are: Additional District Judge (ADJ) of Sehore, Chhaya Rajesh Kumar Kol; ADJ Narayan Singh Meena posted at Varaseoni in Balaghat district; Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) Lalita Dhurve posted in Balagaht district; ACJM Narendra Kumar Jain posted at Baihar in Balaghat district and ACJM Anwar Ahmed Ansari of Sabalgarh, Morena district.
Besides, Mandsaur's Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Sharda Nahte, Rajgarh CJM Rajendra Kumar Batham, Shivpuri's ACJM Anil Kumar Chaparia, ACJM at Kotma in Anooppur district, Jawahar Singh Markam, Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Vishnu Khede posted at Narayanganj in Mandsaur district, JMFC Arvind Kumar Chaparia posted at Bhopal and JMFC Vivek Kumar Markam posted at Indore were issued the orders.
