HYDERABAD: With the case on disputed land pending in the apex court, the Madhapur police has decided to take legal opinion to take action in connection with trespass case on former minister JC Diwakar Reddy’s son JC Pavan.“We will go ahead in the case after taking legal advice,” Madhapur inspector K Srikanth Reddy said.He said the complainant, Mukkum, and the other party came with different court orders on Monday.MA Shareef, an 83-year-old resident of Malkajgiri in Secunderabad lodged a complaint with the Madhapur police on Sunday that Pavan and his men had trespassed into his land and were involved in demolition of the fencing.
