Darshan continues to suffer from wheezing

BANGALORE: Kannada actor Darshan admitted to the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Chest Diseases (RGICD) continues to suffer from  wheezing problem and even broncho spasm on Monday. His jaundice was also reported to be on the increasing side as his bilirubin has gone up.Dr Shashidhar Buggi, director, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Chest Diseases (RGICD) said,  “We are continuing with the IV steroids to treat bronchospasm as his wheezing is still not under control. Moreover, detailed diagnosis showed that bilirubin levels have gone up indicating that his jaundice is slightly serious. He had suffered of jaundice a few months ago, and then erratic lifestyle could have led to a relapse.  As of now he has to be under medication for three to five more days, provided the jaundice does not get worse.”'
