The student was going to buy medicines for his mother when a car rammed into his scooty. The young man was lying on the road for nearly 10 minutes after the accident but no one came forward to help him.
Delhi Polcie Commissioner BS Bassi said, "We try to provide quick medicare to victims of road accidents. I am saddened that someone lost his life due to delay of PCR vans. I assure you that we'll look into this and a PCR van will not be later than five minutes to any accident site."
