Entries to the fifth Kerala State Children’s Educational Film Festival can be submitted till September 28. The festival is organised by the State Institute of Educational Technology (SIET) from November 14 to 16 at School of Drama, Thrissur.
Competition and screening is conducted in two categories - films made by children and films made for children. People and institutions may send entries to the festival. Length of the competition films shall not exceed 30 minutes. Films made by children may accompany a certificate by the head of the institution.
Films shall be sent in two DVD copies along with a mini DV format. Films to compete shall reach the SIET office at Vazhuthacaud in the city before 5 pm on September 28. For more details, contact 0471-2338541, 2338540.
