Fire rages for second day

KHAMMAM: The fire at Sri Vallabha cold storage facilty was still raging and did not come under control, in Madhira mandal, even on Monday. As many as 12 fire tenders from Khammam and Krishna district were still battling the flames. The fire began on Saturday at the  cold storage following a short circuit in the facility. A fireman Vasi Reddy Narasimha Rao (57) was killed trying to put out the blaze.
