BANGALORE: Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa has fixed June 27 as the day on which he wants his bete noire H D Kumaraswamy to take an oath in front of Lord Manjunatha Swamy in Dharmasthala and reiterate the former had tried to buy silence of the JD(S) leader. Kumaraswamy has accepted the challenge and said he will reach Dharmasthala on June 26.“The Chief Minister will come with his family members and also BJP MLC Lehar Singh Siroya to Dharmasthala on June 27 and expects Kumaraswamy to bring his family to determine before Lord Manjunatha Swamy who is telling the truth,” Home Minister R Ashok told reporters here on Saturday.Yeddyurappa had made this challenge in an open letter released to the media in the form of an advertisement on Friday.‘’I am ready to go on Monday.More than God, my family and I fear the six crore people of the state,” Kumaraswamy said.Kumaraswamy had said Yeddyurappa had visited Kottakkal Arya Vaidyasala to strike a deal with him after learning that the former would be there at the resort.Siroya denied having ever met Kumaraswamy to buy peace.
