CHENNAI: One of India's leading developer of integrated townships, Hicro, is all set to organise a corporate team challenge event ‘Synergy’ on September 25 at Palace Gardens. Synergy is designed to bring out the sportsmanship and competitive spirit in every individual.More than 40 companies have enrolled for this competition from across the industry. However, the most prominent participants are Ashok Leyland, Renault Nissan, Hyundai Motors, Glaxo SmithKline, Accenture, HCL, Infosys, Hewlett Packard, Nokia, Saint Gobain, TVS Logistics. Each team will comprise 10 members, both men and women, led by their respective HR Heads.The teams will need to complete a series of activities in order to score points. However, the team with highest scores will win the ‘Hirco Synergy Trophy’. Here’s the list of activities: Paintball, bull’s eye, ball ‘n’ barrel, pull the truck, tug ‘o’ war, radio control car race, test your knowledge and much more.“The Hirco Synergy Trophy is aimed at bringing out the camaraderie and sportsmanship amongst individuals and corporates as they compete against each other and at the same time amongst themselves using their brains as well as brawn by incorporating innovativeness and creativity aimed at meeting deadlines and enhancing productivity. This event will pave the way for the employees of different corporates to relive their youthful college days.
