New Delhi: Bollywood is known for its 'naach and gaana' and the music directors definitely did not disappoint music lovers in 2013. While some gave the fans some quirky songs to shake a leg on, while others touched the hearts with some soulful music and lyrics.
'Aashiqui 2' songs became a nation wide sensation and it came as no surprise that the music directors of 'Aashiqui 2' received the maximum votes. The award was well deserved as the music of the movie received accolades from everywhere. The other contenders were AR Rahman (Raanjhanaa) with 23.85% votes, Pritam (Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani) with 11.67% votes and Shankar Ehsaan Loy (Bhaag Milkha Bhaag) with 5.76% votes.
'Aashiqui 2' was everyone's favourite in 2013 with the chartbuster songs.
