New Delhi: Every year, the Hindi film industry witnesses the arrival of several newcomers. Some of them go on to make a place for themselves in the industry while others just leave without making any mark. Katrina Kaif's sister Isabel Kaif is the latest newcomer to enter Bollywood. She will soon be seen in 'Dr Cabbie'. Here are some of the lesser known facts about Isabel.
1. Isabel has six sisters and one brother including Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif. Her mother is a Caucasian of British Nationality, and her father is a Kashmiri of British Nationality.
2. 'Dr Cabbie' is Isabel's debut film, which is co produced by Salman Khan's Being Human.
3. Isabel will be featured opposite British actor Kunal Nayyar of The Big Bang Theory fame in 'Dr Cabbie'.
4. 'Dr Cabbie' is about an Indian student who doesn't get to study medicines in Canada and starts driving cabs in order to survive there. The film also has Vinay Virmani in a key role.
5. Isabel was supposed to act opposite Vinay Virmani in the film, but the role eventually went to Adriane Palicki.
6. Isabel underwent an acting course at Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute of New York.
7. Interestingly, Isabel studied at the same acting institute where her sister Katrina's alleged boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor studied.
8. Once there were reports of Isabel acting with Anil Kapoor's son Harshwardhan in a short film.
9. Her hair colour is dark brown and her height is 5 feet 6 inches. She was born in Hong Kong.
