Mumbai: The judicial custody of all the eleven accused in the Jyotirmoy Dey murder case is set to end on Monday. A special MCOCA court will decide on extending their custody.
J Dey, a crime and ivestigation journalist with MiD Day, was shot dead outside his house at Powai in Mumbai on June 11, 2011.
Apparently, underworld don Chhota Rajan had ordered his killing.
The eleven accused include woman journalist Jigna Vora who was arrested on November 25 under the MCOCA for providing vital information about Dey, like the licence plate number of his motorcycle and his address, to Rajan.
