Debutant director once again has committed a blunder without a convincing screenplay and his technical strength is very poor. This time it is RK Nayak from 'Paper Dhoni'. He has wasted the money of producer Janardhan with no convincing entertainment or thought provoking elements.
The main bottleneck of this director is giving answers to various problems concerning this world. He is not even fit for making a documentary. Cinema for a debutant should be entertainment with captivating elements. 'Paper Dhoni' as a matter of fact coming after 'Super' suffers badly on the technical grounds and SOS gang that gives laptop to farmers in just Rs.2500 is a distant dream. Looking at the problems by SOS gang in a few minutes of addressing it is a good to hear but difficult to put in to practice.
The protagonist Chetan and his friend Gagan in the software field come with a proposal to provide laptop at Rs.2500 for every farmer and villager in rural Karnataka. The chief minister turns down this proposal. The foreign countries like this idea and the networking via computerization also helps in solving many issues. The international growth for Chetan is overnight. He takes on the problems of western countries from his marketing skills. The issue of terrorism also comes to his notice. He goes on giving solution whether anyone care or not.
It is Naveen Krishna film throughout. His dialogues, screen presence and Dr Vishnuvardhana style of emoting and moving hands is worth a watch. Not the film as a whole. Shanthala is a dancing doll. She looks pretty in songs.
Sri Suman has lent two tolerable tunes and Jai Aanand cinematography deserved to be better. The editing of this film is also not in right order. The technique of narration is not appealing at all.
