KOCHI: The North Police registered a case in which a 72-year-old man was run over by train near Lourde Hospital at Vaduthala on Tuesday.The police said Thomas, son of Ulahannan, Vattamattathil House, Kavyakkunnu, Pala, died while crossing the Vaduthala rail cross.The incident occurred at around 10.30 a.m. when he was returning home from the market. The body has been taken to Ernakulam General Hospital for postmortem.
