KOTHAMANGALAM: Another sex scandal similar to the Paravoor sex case has come to light in Kothamangalam with Kothamangalam CI Subash nabbing three persons, including the father of a minor girl, here on Saturday.According to the police, the 14-year-old girl studying in a high school here was ‘presented’ to several persons by her father Mohemmed Ali of Nadukudiyil, Chirappatti, Nellikkuzhi.The girl’s father was doing this for the past three months. The girl was sexually harassed in cars and autorickshaws, the police said.Acting on an anonymous telephone message, Subhash nabbed Mohemmed Ali and his daughter on Saturday. After questioning them, the police nabbed Shahul,19, and Durhan,19, of Ayiroorpadam, for abusing the girl. The police have found that the girl was taken to the Kothamangalam Government Hospital some time back fearing that she was pregnant.After detailed questioning, the police would register a case under IPC 376 and 366 and violation of Juvenile Justice Act against the accused.
