Marines happy

KOCHI: The two Italian Marines Latore Massimilliano and Salvatore Girone thanked Borstal SchoolSuperintendent K Anil Kumar after hearing that the Kerala High Court had granted them bail on Wednesday. The news was first conveyed to the marines by a jail official after it was out in the news channels. “The marines were very happy after hearing the news. Later when an Italian special officer came to the school to provide them with food, they asked for the details. They also came to my office and spoke of their release. So far, they have been very cooperative and respect our country and people,” said Anil Kumar.
