Nepali held for stabbing two men

Habeebnagar police on Thursday arrested a Nepal national for allegedly stabbing two persons with a knife at Jiyaguda here on Thursday.

The accused, Amar Bahadur Thapa, 35, had allegedly stabbed two persons when they asked him to be silent during namaz at a masjid. Thapa works as a cook in a hotel in Jiyaguda. The victims, Mohammed Imran and Mohammed Rabba, were admitted to a hospital by the locals. Police registered a case against the accused.
