HYDERABAD: There is no time limit for the central leadership to resolve the Telangana issue, PCC president Botcha Satyanarayana has said and wished that the high command will take a decision acceptable to people of all the regions of the state.Speaking to reporters in his chamber at the Assembly on Monday, he said the PCC had already submitted its report on the demands for separate Telangana and united Andhra Pradesh to the high command.In the coming days, he would conduct meetings in all the three regions.Since the issue is emotional, it is not possible to resolve it without holding discussions, he said.The PCC president said he prepared an action plan for the party to face the coming byelections in 13 districts for 18 Assembly seats.The party will appoint in-charges for the 18 constituencies.According to a tentative schedule, the PCC chief will address a meeting in Srikakulam district on April 4, at Payakaraopet on April 5 and at Tirupati on April 6.After covering all the constituencies, they will begin the exercise of identifying potential candidates and submit a list to the party high command.The PCC president ruled out that erstwhile PRP leaders and cadre were unhappy because they did not get proper response from the government on public works proposed by them.However, he said he was aware of their political problems and ready to address the graveness.He declined to react to endowments minister C Ramachandraiah’s comments that PRP leaders and cadre did not get due recognition in the Congress party.The PCC chief said he advised minister DL Ravindra Reddy and former minister Peddireddy Ramchandra Reddy to discuss issues only within the party
