India is a country famous for its devotion and practices of many religions. The citizens engage in worship with great enthusiasm, celebrating all the festivals through incredible fervour. But, have you ever seen anyone worshipping aliens? Yes, you read it right, Local18 reports on a man who has constructed an alien temple in the state of Tamil Nadu.
The information states that the alien temple is located in Salem, Tamil Nadu and was built by a man named Loganathan, a resident of the Ramagoundanur in Mallamooppampatti. According to Local18, he wanted to build a Sri Shiva Kailash Temple, for which he started the construction two years ago and is still busy with it. So far, he has installed an idol of Panchami Varahi (believed to be an incarnation of Lord Vishnu’s boar).
The construction of the Linga statue is still in process, which will be set on the ground floor. So, Loganathan has prepared a meditation room underground and has installed a statue of Agastya and the alien statue.
Loganathan has only studied till class 10th, reveals Local18. According to him, he used to run a café a few years ago and suffered from leg pain. For his condition, he visited a man named Siddhar Bhagya; impressed by him, Loganathan became his disciple and changed his name to Siddhar Bhagya. He then decided to construct the temple, under the guidance of Gurunathar. He added further that it would take a total of three years for the temple to complete its construction.
Loganathan believes that Siddhas wrote about aliens on the palm leaf manuscripts and that in the future everyone will worship aliens. No donation was taken for the temple’s construction and he only took the help of his fellow disciples to start its construction, he added.
