New Delhi: He is just two films old in the industry but newcomer Saqib Saleem, who was last seen in Yash Raj's 'Mere Dad Ki Maruti', is happy that he is working with Karan Johar in 'Bombay Talkies'.

Saqib, 24, will be sharing the screen space with Rani Mukerji and Randeep Hooda for Johar's segment of the Indian anthology film.

The film is being helmed by four directors Anurag Kashyap, Johar, Zoya Akhtar and Dibakar Banerjee and will be releasing on May 3, to mark the centenary year of Indian cinema. Its trailer was launched yesterday.

"As a newcomer in the industry, it was my dream to work with Karan Johar. When my casting director informed me about this project, I could not believe. I met Karan and he narrated the script and I must say that I never had such a better

narration in life. I was actually visualising each and every scene in my mind.

"I will be sharing the screen space with Rani Mukerji and Randeep Hooda in this segment of 25 minutes. I can't ask for more than this at this point of my career. I had the best time of my life working on this film," Saqib told PTI.

Having a dream start with Yash Raj's 'Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge', the actor was next seen in banner's last youth production 'Mere Dad Ki Maruti'.

The actor said he is a big fan of superstar Aamir Khan and wants to have a body of work like him.

"I am a very big fan of Aamir Khan. He has a great filmography. I also want to do films like him. I don't want to be stuck to any specific genre. I don't think about my future but I am happy that I have been accepted well in this

industry," he said.

Even his last film 'Mere Dad...' was accepted well in the box-office and Saqib said he is overwhelmed by the response.

"I am getting a congratulatory message in every five minutes. It seems nice when people walk up to you and appreciate your performance. Reviews are fantastic and it's a good feeling. The film has been received well in Northern

India," he said.

Saqib's sister Huma Qureshi is already on her way to stardom after starring in 'Gangs of Wasseypur' and upcoming film 'Dayan'.
