Film Actor R Sarath Kumar called on chief minister N Rangasamy on Saturday at his residence with regard to the establishment of a film city in Puducherry. According to sources, the actor, who is the President of South India Film Artists Association, sought 100 acres at Manapet in South Puducherry for building the film city.
