New Delhi: Suriya, who was last seen in '7aum Arivu' with Shruti Haasan will now host the Tamil version of the popular game show 'Kaun Banega Crorepati', claim reports. Suriya is one of the leading mainstream actors of Tamil cinema.
Tamil KBC will be aired on Vijay TV. Suriya is extremely excited with this new development and is working hard to re-create the magic of KBC. He is also undergoing a training for the same. To match up with the image of KBC, a huge set is being erected. Tamil audiences have high expectation with the show and Suriya as well.
As many media reports claim, Suriya plans to shoot for the show six days in a month. Most probably, Tamil KBC will be aired on weekends.
Suriya has a lot of projects in his kitty at the moment. He is trying to make sure that none of his film shoots get affected with this.
KBC has already seen five seasons with actors like Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan hosting it. Actor Shatrughan Sinha hosted the Bhojpuri version of KBC. Cricketer Sourav Ganguly also hosted the Bengali KBC.
