Being in a whirl of activities, youngsters tend to find five day matches too much to endure. With work pressure or college assignments, it’s not practical to spare so much time. Me and majority of my friends end up watching the highlights. Then, to an extent, test is monotonous and less aggressive. That is why everyone is going for Twenty20. Young people these days are looking for ways to have maximum fun in less time. I do have expectations from ‘Team India’ and am waiting to see some classy shots. I do enjoy watching cricket and was eagerly waiting for this clash. Since it is vacation time, there is enough time to watch it. I do agree that Twenty20 and one day matches are more entertaining, but this test series has special relevance since we are all eagerly waiting for Sachin’s 100th century. Both Australia and India are in good form, and our team has never won a series in their country. This could well be Sachin’s last series abroad before retirement. I do agree that Twenty20 is more vibrant, but test cricket requires more team effort, it utilises the potential of the whole team.
