Three youths were arrested on Tuesday in connection with the Government Veterinary College entrance examination scam, police said.
The three accused, who are in their twenties, have been identified as Rama Dawar, Devendra and Makan Singh (all from Jhabua), police said. The trio had asked three other students to appear for the college's entrance test which was held in May, on their behalf.
However, the imposters had been caught by the supervisors and were handed over to the police at that time. On the basis of the information provided by those arrested earlier, police on Tuesday caught the youths who were supposed to appear for the exam.
According to police, the trio had promised to pay the imposters Rs 15,000 each if they cleared the exam. Further probe into the case is on, police said.
