TRS men damage vehicles

ADILABAD: Tension prevailed at various places in Nalgonda and Adilabad districts as agitators damaged vehicles coming from Andhra on Tuesday.Police caned agitators at Suryapet when they pelted stones and damaged two cars of Andhra people.Seven TRS activists were injured in the incident.A police constable also sustained minor injuries.In Nakirekal, two cars coming from Vijayawada were attacked at Chityal and Chowtuppal, following which 150 agitators were taken in preventive custody.However, no buses plied Hyderabad-Vijayawada road till evening due to the blockade in Nalgonda district.
