Watch: President Snow's address in the teaser for 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1' is chilling

After 'Hunger Games: Catching Fire', the story in 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1' follows Katniss Everdeen, played by Jennifer Lawrence, who, after escaping the Third Quarter Quell, becomes a reluctant hero and symbol of hope for the nation of Panem. The key role of President Snow has been played by Donald Sutherland, and the teaser shows him addressing the world as to how the districts serve the Capitol and the Capitol serves the districts. "Your hard work feeds us and in return we feed and protect you," Snow says. "But if you resist the system you starve yourself."The film also stars Julianne Moore, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson and Elizabeth Banks in supporting roles. 'Part 1' is scheduled to be released on November 21, 2014.
