Los Angeles: Actor Charlie Sheen says there have been talks between him and the makers of hit comedy drama 'Two and a Half Men' for his possible return on the show.
Sheen, 49, was on 'Two and a Half Men' for eight seasons before his infamous exit in 2011, reported Aceshowbiz. "I've reached out to them and they've reached back. We're trying to figure out what makes the most sense. If they figure it out like I've presented it to them and they want to include me in some final send-off, I'm available and I'm showing up early. If not, it's on them," Sheen said.
The actor and creator Chuck Lorre were earlier at each other's throat with Sheen suing Lorre for USD 100 million plus punitive damages.
Sheen also called Lorre a "contaminated little maggot" in an open letter following the shut-down of 'Two and a Half Men' production. His character was later killed off in season 9 and replaced by a new character played by Ashton Kutcher.
When asked if Sheen has patched up with Lorre, he said, "Ethereally we have, personally we have not. But I'm easy to grab. He was doing his job, I was doing mine. At the end of the day, the guy's a genius. Look at what he does. I don't
have to spend time with him anymore for him to be brilliant. I wish him nothing but the best."
