KOCHI: Shashi Tharoor MP inaugurated the new administrative building of Toc H Public School Vyttila. Speaking on the occasion, Tharoor said that the country should utilise the abilities of the youngsters here. He hoped that by March, India would become one of the three financially powerful nations in the world along with America and China. “The Indian youth today have tremendous potential in various fields. We should be able to tap this potential and bring it into a framework. India with more than 260 million people below poverty line, can become a financially strong nation,” he said. President of Toc H educational institutions Professor P J Joseph presided over. Toc H founder director K Varghese and principal N M George also spoke. Following the inaugural function Shashi Tharoor interacted with the students of Toc H Public School and Toc H Institute of Science & Technology on ‘the place of India and China in the global financial map’.
