K-Pop Artist HyunA Spotted With Rumoured Partner Yong Jun-Hyung

South Korean pop artist HyunA has been making the headlines recently. In January, the Trouble Maker singer made a revelation about her romantic life. She dropped a picture with former boyband Highlight member Yong Jun-hyung on social media. After much speculation and rumours, the photograph reportedly confirms that the two are in a relationship. Ever since HyunA’s link-up with Yong Jun-hyung surfaced online, fans have been slamming the soloist for Yong Jun-hyung’s involvement in the Burning Sun scandal. But it seems like HyunA has turned a deaf ear to the negative comments. As per reports, she was recently spotted spending some quality time with her partner at a mall.

According to OSEN, HyunA and Yong Jun-hyung were seen holding hands when they went on a mall date in Gangnam. Eyewitnesses revealed that the duo seemed unbothered from the public attention. “The two were holding hands while looking inside the store. As much as they were honest and bold when revealing their relationship, they didn’t seem to care about people looking at them,” stated an individual who saw the two stars together, cited Koreaboo. Both HyunA and Yong Jun-hyung were dressed casually for the romantic outing.

Earlier on January 18, HyunA dropped a picture on Instagram where she was seen holding the hands of Yong Jun-hyung. Their backs were turned away from the camera as they walked on a sandy trail. While HyunA donned a printed dress, her partner wore a baggy white t-shirt and grey loose-fitted joggers. Ditching any caption, HyunA simply added a lovey-dovey emoji, reinforcing the dating rumours. Later on, Yong Jun-hyung also re-shared the post on his official Instagram handle. Soon after the picture surfaced on the internet, social media users started lashing out at HyunA for dating Yong Jun-hyung for his controversial status.

Speaking of Yong Jun-hyung, the singer was previously associated with his band Highlight, then known as BEAST, which was formed in 2009. However, the singer was forced to quit his position in 2019. According to Billboard, in a now-deleted Instagram post, Yong Jun-hyung admitted to watching explicit videos, a part of the Burning Sun scandal, recorded by former singer Jung Joon-young. Meanwhile, HyunA, who refrained from posting on Instagram following the harsh remarks from the online community, resumed her activity on the Meta platform on February 7.
